第一步:除疲劳层油泥/Step 1: Remove the oil sludge from the fatigue layer
       接到零件后对零件疲劳层的油泥进行清除,清除工作必须干净彻底,油泥清除不干净会降低修复结合度。

After receiving the parts, the oil sludge in the fatigue layer of the parts should be removed. The removal work must be thorough and clean. If the oil sludge is not removed completely, the repair bonding degree will be reduced.


第二步:探伤、检查零件同心度/Step 2: Flaw detection and check the concentricity of the parts
        探伤室检查零件是否有裂纹,若有裂纹,则不可修复;检查零件同心度是对零件磨损情况进行诊断,找出磨损部位的真实程度,确定修复方案。这个过程的关键是诊断,即对磨损零件中心线有没有偏移,找到哪一面磨损偏厚哪一面偏薄,这是磨损修复的重要一步。

The flaw detection room checks whether the parts have cracks. If there are cracks, they cannot be repaired. Checking the concentricity of parts is to diagnose the wear condition of the parts, identify the true degree of the worn areas, and determine the repair plan. The key to this process is diagnosis, that is, to determine whether the centerline of the worn part has shifted and to identify which side is thicker and which side is thinner. This is an important step in wear repair.


第三步:去除零件疲劳层/Step 3: Remove the fatigue layer of the parts

       零件由于长期在高温高速下转动,其表面出了磨损外还产生一定厚度的疲劳层,疲劳层对修复的结合度和修复后的耐磨度都会有影响,所以必须干净去除。

Due to long-term rotation at high temperature and high speed, the surface of the parts has not only worn out but also developed a certain thickness of fatigue layer. The fatigue layer will affect the bonding degree of the repair and the wear resistance after repair, so it must be removed thoroughly.


第四步:清洗零件/Step 4: Clean the parts
       做到干净清洁,为化工铁合金修复做好准备。

Keep it clean and tidy to get ready for the repair of chemical ferroalloys.


第五步:铁合金分子吸附,修复零件所需元素的特殊要求/Step 5: Molecular adsorption of ferroalloy to meet the special requirements of elements needed for the repair of parts
       在32-35℃常温条件下,采用交直流,用化工方法将铁合金分子吸附到磨损部位,达到修复零件的目的。这个阶段主要是控制好温度,随时检测合金元素的变化,及时进行元素的调整,确保合金比例的稳定。

Under normal temperature conditions of 32-35℃, by using alternating current and direct current, the iron alloy molecules are adsorbed onto the worn parts through chemical methods to achieve the purpose of repairing the parts. At this stage, the main focus is on controlling the temperature well, constantly monitoring the changes in alloy elements, and promptly adjusting the elements to ensure the stability of the alloy ratio.


第六步:零件打磨抛光/Step 6: Grinding and polishing of parts
       铁合金分子吸附到磨损部位后,其厚度要比要求的技术尺寸略大些,便子零件打磨抛光的需要。打磨抛光是修复的初加工,将零件进行初步打磨符合修复初加工需要。

After the iron alloy molecules are adsorbed onto the worn area, their thickness should be slightly larger than the required technical dimensions to meet the needs of grinding and polishing of the parts. Grinding and polishing are the initial processing steps of restoration. The parts are initially ground to meet the requirements of the initial processing steps of restoration.


第七步:恢复到零件要求的技术指标/Step 7: Restore to the technical specifications required for the parts
       在高精度机床上对零件进行精加工,按零件要求的技术指标进行磨削,达到客户对零件的的使用要求。

Precision processing of parts is carried out on high-precision machine tools, and grinding is performed in accordance with the technical indicators required by the parts to meet the usage requirements of the customers for the parts.
