存在问题:
●堆焊修复对零件会造成热应力和热变形,在使用过程中会造成工作的断裂。
●热喷涂修复与堆焊一样也会造成热应力或者变形,与堆焊不同的是,热喷应力会产生表层脱落的情况。
●激光堆焊优于堆焊和热喷涂,但在修复过程中局部会产生2200℃高温,也会有热变形和热应力的情况,应力一旦爆发,也会断裂。
●电刷镀属于冷修复,它的相度厚度较低,一般只能达到7-15丝直径的修复,而且只能做轴承位的临时处理。
●电镀中有镀铬修复,它的相对厚度较低,适应范围较少,只能达到直径7-8丝以内。
Existing problem:
●Surfacing repair can cause thermal stress and thermal deformation to parts, which may lead to working fractures during use.
●Thermal spray repair, like surfacing, can also cause thermal stress or deformation. Unlike surfacing, thermal spray stress can lead to surface peeling.
●Laser surfacing is superior to surfacing and thermal spraying, but during the repair process, local temperatures of 2200℃ will be generated, and there will also be thermal deformation and thermal stress. Once the stress breaks out, it will also cause fracture.
●Brush plating belongs to cold repair. Its phase thickness is relatively low, generally only reaching 7 to 15 microns in diameter for repair, and it can only be used for temporary treatment of bearing positions.
●In electroplating, there is chromium plating repair. Its relative thickness is relatively low and its application range is limited, only reaching a diameter of 7 to 8 microns or less.
